    2.5 times the rent
  • What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    Pay stubs and offer letter
  • What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?"
    The house hold as a whole must meet the 2.5 times rent qualification
  • Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, but only if the apartment is in good condition at move out
  • If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?"
    No
  • Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes
  • What utilities are included in my lease?
    None
  • How long is the term of the lease?
    6, 9, and 12 months
  • Do you accept leases for short terms?

  • Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    No we do not accept electronic payments from the bank and we do dont accept cash. We accept only Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

  • There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?"
    No
  • Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes
  • I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?"
    In your parking spot. If have both car and motorcycle then motorcycle will be parked in same spot
  • My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

    Satellite dish should not exceed more than 14 inches on tripod
